These terms govern the placing of pre-orders with Apparels Cart (Fiji). Please read these Terms carefully before confirming your orders. By confirming your order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Pre-Order Reservation
Upon placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide certain information such as your legal name, address, phone number and other billing information for invoicing purposes. You represent and warrant that all such information provided is accurate and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Apparels Cart (Fiji) has no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

Price & Payment
You are required to pay at least 50% Non – Refundable deposit to Apparels Cart (Fiji) before we can consider your order. This ensures we both are equally committed and to avoid any last minute changes or cancellations. Payment methods accepted are Bank Deposit (Bank of South Pacific), M-PAiSA (Vodafone Fiji) and Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, JCB, Diners Club and American Express); details for your selected payment method will be provided to you manually (Facebook messenger, Viber or SMS) or automatically via email for orders placed through our website. Your prices includes the current import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other importation charges (subject to change) unless you are confirming a Drop Shipping order where you (the customer) will be responsible to cover these additional charges. You are required to pay the remaining balance including any applicable shipping charges before your item can be dispatched to you for delivery. Upon arrival of your item(s), you will be notified either via Messenger, Viber, e-mail or a phone call to pay your dues for us to arrange the delivery of your item(s). We allow a maximum of 14 days for customers to arrange for payment. Should the 14 days pass, we reserve the right to cancel the order and re-sell the item(s) and the non-refundable deposit is forfeited.

Priority
Apparels Cart (Fiji) will process orders according to dates on which they are received. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with the Terms, your position will be taken by the next person on the Product reservation list.

Delivery Schedule
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as our shipment arrives, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Apparels Cart (Fiji) does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product within the estimated timeframe. In the event that a delay arises and the estimated timeframe is not met, Apparels Cart (Fiji) is not responsible for the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you updates with respect to such circumstances. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your reservations in accordance with our terms.

Order Status

We assign each order with different stages to better understand the status of each order. These stages are as follows:
a) Confirmed – when your initial deposit has been received and your order has been entered into our invoicing system
b) In Transit – when your order has been dispatched by our supplier and is in transit to Fiji
c) Complete – when your order has been dispatched to your shipping address for delivery

Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any given time in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. If you cancel your order in the “Confirmed” status, you will be eligible for a full refund however, should your order be under “In Transit” or “Complete”, you can still cancel your order but you will lose your deposit.
