We understand it is difficult sometimes to determine how a product is going to fit/ look when looking at it on a computer screen or mobile device and because of this, we have tried to make our return policy as easy as possible. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as clothing, jewelry and cosmetics cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For orders picked up directly from us and paid in cash, you are requested to re-visit us with your item for a refund or exchange.
International Shipping delays
Apparels Cart (Fiji) provides customers with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for their item(s) at the time of order. This is usually between 2 – 4 weeks however, these are estimated times only provided by our freight agents and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by any international courier, shipping agent and customs including but not limited to weather, backlogs, offloading of shipment at an on-route airport, public holidays (local and international) or return to shipper. For local public holiday(s), our shipping agent(s) are closed for business and therefore, the number of holiday(s) falling within the delivery time frame are to be added to the ETA. Should the delay be beyond reasonable, we will work with affected customers on an individual basis.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card department, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
